Selecting Finished Lambs and Butchery Demonstration

Come along to Orchardton Farm on Wednesday 16th August at 6pm where host James Nisbet and Wallet Marts’ John Smith will demonstrate how to draw finish lambs correctly for selling. John will also speak about selling through the market and direct selling to abattoirs. After this, there will be a lamb butchery demonstration o by Jim Nisbet. This will allow you to see the different cuts of meat from a well finished lamb. Booking is essential as catering will be provided. Open to all to attend.
